Our morning usual....

Um, for about 6 years, we've had this for our pre breakfast most every morning.  we switch it up sometimes, and this week I found an awesome article on different healthy smoothies to try, sO I'll post them if they're good.  But this is what ours looks like every morning.
On bottom, about a cup of water, about 1/2 C cut up cucumber, some carrots, frozen mangos, an apple or two, a banana or two and a big handful of spinach....with flaxseed, and sometimes honey or agave.
I am trying to just do spinach and one other veggies and only 2 fruits. I like it when you can taste the taste more than just a billion tastes mixed.  But this is what we had this morning...and it was great.  The kids favorite is when I use frozen raspberries and lots of baananas, with spinach.  Oh, I add ice too!  And sometimes I throw half a can of coconut milk in there, or a box of coconut water for nutrients.  The kids drink a cup of this before we start chores and have breakfast each morning.
