Avacado Mango Salsalita

alright, so it's kinda fun to take recipes, change a few things and name them yourself. I mean, come on...who here has had salsalita??? Yea, no one...til now! (sorry if that means something bad in Spanish...I had no idea)This stuff is great. We make it to go on our fish tacos, or on our grilled chicken, or my younger 2 like to eat it plain (if I don't put the full amount of garlic in it)
  • About a cup of diced mango. We use the frozen ones from Sam's and thaw em out...they're soo good and soo handy.
  • 1 bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 3/4 cup chopped red onion (we used sweet onion in the picture...it's good, but not as good)
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar or 3t of agave
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced, or 1/2t garlic salt and omit salt.
and wahlah.
