10 pound healthy chili!!!!

Um...ok, so I invented my own turkey chili, and um, not to toot my own horn, but it's the first amazing thing I've ever made! I wish I would have written down exact measurements....but I'm pretty sure it'll be fine. I called it 10pound chili because I probably gained 10lbs today eating it! 

 MAKE THIS CHILI!!!!!!!!                 

1.5 lbs of lean ground turkey chili
1 chopped onion
um, about 2 C diced tomatoes, fresh or canned
1 can tomato paste, the little can
about 1/2C diced chilis
1 C of water or broth
1 can chickpeas
1 can soy beans (you can use whatever kind of beans though)
3 C cooked black beans (probably 2 cans)
1.5C cooked brown rice (I just had it in the fridge)
2T chili powder
1t garlic salt
2t cumin
1/2t pepper
ummm, I think that's it.
Anyway, i just cooked the turkey, threw in the onions, cooked that for just a few minutes then started dumping it all in there.  I cooked it for only about 45min maybe an hour, threw some cheese on the kid's and lots on Jase's, cut up an avocado, and HOLY CRAP!!!
